From Ray Mercer to Sherman Williams and now over to Zuri Lawrence, who will step in against former world heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman on Thursday night in Reading, PA.  The bout will be televised on Versus and the co-feature will be Jesus Soto Karass vs. Juan Manuel Buendia.  The off-TV undercard is slated with Keenan Collins vs. Doel Carrasquillo and touted prospect Darnell Jiles Jr., 7-0 with 3 knockouts, taking on Jesse Helms, 6-0 with 1 knockout.  Jiles’ and Helms' handlers must be extremely confident in their fighters' abilities to put them in an off-TV bout with an undefeated boxer.  Jiles has over 120 amateur wins and is managed by Steve Nelson and now trained by Marshall Kauffman.  Rahman is looking for his fourth straight win after his knockout loss to Oleg Maskaev and his team promises the Rock will be in the best of shape for Thursday nights fight on Versus.
