Pavlik gets career best win

After nine tough, bloody rounds of middleweight action, Fulgencio Zuniga's corner stopped the bout and undefeated Kelly Pavlik got the biggest win of his career. Pavlik is now 27-0 and wins a vacant regional title, but more than that, this win signifies his arrival as a true contender as about 24 of his wins were against lesser opponents. Currently rated #28 by Boxingtalk, Pavlik is now ticketed for this site's top 20. Zuniga, who entered the bout rated #19, drops to 17-2-1. source: Solo Boxeo on Telefutura
