Undefeated junior middleweight Yuri Foreman, 15-0, will next fight on Don King’s November 13th card to be held in Madison Square Garden in New York City, according to Cedric Kushner. Foreman, who had been training for an eight-round fight on the October 14th FIST event that benefits ex-boxers who have fallen on hard times, withdrew from the card when there was insufficient monies allocated for that bout. Kushner, Foreman’s promoter, said, “the October 14th event is scaled to gross close to a million dollars, and Yuri’s management, with my support, decided he should not be fighting for two thousand dollars. He should be focusing on his fight at the Garden on November 13th instead.”
