Yaroslav Mykhalushko TKO6 Serhii Shvets... Yaroslav Mykhalushko, a 23 year-old Ukrainian from Ivano-Frankivsk city defeated Serhii Shvets (8-2, 4 KOs) in a domestic welterweight title fight on August 3rd at the Kyiv Sports Palace. From the first round, Mykhalushko (7-0, 6 KOs) confidently dominated and actively attacked his opponent. At first, Shvets skillfully defended himself and carried out effective counter attacks, however, Mykhalushko’s powerful physical pressure yielded its results in the end. The sixth round was intense. After the third knockdown, the referee stopped the fight and Mykhalushko won via TKO in the sixth round.
