Boxingtalk.com has been informed that discussions are underway for IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko to make a voluntary defense of his title against James "Lights-Out" Toney. According to our source two other undisclosed heavyweights are also in the mix, but Toney is certainly the frontrunner as this goes to print.
