Press Release: KEA Boxing is preparing for its ninth show on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the Birchwood in Whippany, New Jersey. In one of the featured bouts, light heavyweight Chuck "The Professor" Mussachio, 9-0 with 5 KOs, squares off with Chandler Durham, 6-3-1 with 3 KOs.  Durham is a tough Philadelphia fighter who boxes out of Joe Frazier's gym and plans to bring "Smoking Joe" with him.   Mussachio, who is also a schoolteacher, was an accomplished amateur with over 100 amateur fights.  

Super middleweight crowd favorite Bobby Rooney, 5-2-1 with 3 KOs, heads into the ring against Terrance "The Truth" Wilson, 3-0 with 2 KOs. Rooney is returning from a layoff of a little over a year.

Also, Antonio "Tony the Tiger" Espinosa, 8-0 with 1 KO will be looking to add his fourth win since signing with KEA. Espinosa, a slick southpaw, will be locking horns with Edward Valdez, 3-4-2 with 2 KOs.  Valdez has never been stopped.

Newark, New Jersey 's light middleweight, Alex "The Brickcity Bullet" Perez, 7-0 with 5 KOs heads into the ring against Jesse Williams, 3-3-1 with 1 KO.   Perez has recently been in camp with Miguel Cotto and Joel Julio.

Tommy "The Razor" Rainone, 7-0, is making the trip from Plainview, Long Island to take on Jaime Morales, 3-3.  Morales is known in Philly for being an action fighter and Rainone is excited to fight such a tough customer in his first six-round bout.   

Also appearing will be 6'7" heavyweight Kevin Burnett, 8-1-1,  looking to stretch his current winning streak to 5 in a row.

Super featherweight Danny McDermott, 3-0-1 of Jersey City, NJ is returning to the ring after a year and a half lay off.

Noriko Kariya, 6-2-1, sister of the Kariya brothers of the NHL takes on Savannah "The Lioness" Hill, 5-5.  Hill has won 5 of her last 7.
