The WBC reports that its women's super featherweight champion Terri Harper suffered a broken right hand in round four of last week's successful title defense against Katherina Thanderz. Harper went on to defeat Thanderz by technical knockout in round nine. On Sunday, Harper commented, “On cloud nine from last night! Thank you to everyone who shown me their love and support over the last week going to enjoy a nice rest, let the hand heal then get back to work.”
