Sources from Team Paul Briggs have informed Boxingtalk.com that WBC President Jose Sulaiman has told them they should expect their mandatory position to be enforced against WBC light heavyweight champ, Antonio "The Magic Man" Tarver, whom Sulaiman described as "his best champion, the only one who stood up for the WBC." Sulaiman also said he has "no doubt" that Tarver will honor his WBC championsip and mandatory obligation against Briggs.
