WBA 154-pound title holder Jose Antonio Rivera will have to wait a little while longer for more information regarding his mandatory defense against Travis Simms, the man who had the very same belt taken form him without a fight in the ring. Simms, inactive for two years, has been slowly pursuing litigation against the WBA but was hampered by the death of his lawyer.
