Vic Darchinyan TKO12 Federico Catubay

The comeback trail of Vic Darchinyan (29-1 with 23 KO’s) started with a technical knockout win over Federico Catubay (20-14-3 with 14 KO’s).  The former IBF flyweight champion was wobbled in the 6th but recovered to score a stoppage in the 12th.  Coming off of a 5th round TKO loss to Nonito Donaire (18-1 with 11 KO’s), Darchinyan must learn to box more, rather than simply rely on his power and unorthodox boxing style.  Vic's cocky attitude and arrogance in the ring only got him into trouble with the difficult Donaire.  If Darchinyan can learn humility and work towards becoming a complete fighter, he is sure to win more titles and land big money TV fights. Â
