The Thai champ was bigger than his challenger and had more boxing skill. He earned points with effective right jabs and good body shots all 12-rounds. Judges scorecards were 117-111, 118-110, and 119-109, all for Veeraphol. On the same card, the No. 2 WBC Super Bantamweight and former world challenger, Naphaphol Kiattisakchokchai won a third round KO victory over Adam Mwakyusa of Tanzania in a non-title fight. And Thai rising star, David Nakornluang Promotion (Lookmananak) won a 12-round unanimous decision over Anthony Mathias of Tanzania and captured the vacant ABCO Super Flyweight Interim belt with his aggressive style.
