Press Release: LOS ANGELES, December 30 - It was announced today that Golden Boy Promotions prospect Victor Ortiz was named ESPN.com's Prospect of the Year.  The rising star had a spectacular 2008, racking up three wins by knockout in three fights and will set his sights on a world title fight in 2009.  Earlier this month, Ortiz was also named Sports Illustrated's Prospect of the Year.
