According to the Associated Press, Mike Tyson emerged from a rehab stint for an Arizona court appearance today. With prosecutors looking to send Tyson to jail for as much as seven years on cocaine possession charges, the former heavyweight champion said little and received a trial date of August 20, 2007. Tyson's lawyer told the judge that Tyson has been sober for the past 72 days, or roughly since the beginning of February.
