Twitter Chatter: Prograis shifts talk from Hooker to Ritson

Former WBA 140-pound champion Regis Prograis (pictured) on the possibility of fighting England's Lewis Ritson in his next fight: That is a perfect fight for me to come back to the UK. I would absolutely love that fight, no matter if its Maurice Hooker next or Lewis Ritson next, it makes sense for me. I will definitely come back to the UK. I know he has a big crowd over there, and I kinda have a popular name over there in the UK now. If [Matchroom promoter] Eddie Hearn can make that fight happen, I'll be down for it and come back to the UK. Two fights back to back in the UK, that sounds good to me.

Lewis Ritson: 110% mate, we can make this straight away, all the best in lockdown, hopefully you and family are safe... Eddie Hearn, let’s make this happen.

[EDITOR'S NOTE: Prograis' last fight was a loss in a unification fight to Josh Taylor which took place in the UK. He was scheduled to come back vs. former WBO title holder Maurice Hooker on April 17th, but based on the current talk, Prograis-Hooker may be off for the immediate future.
