IBF/WBA junior middleweight champion Julian "JRock" Williams demands former champion Jarrett "Swift" Hurd sign up for VADA's random drug testing program as a pre-condition for a rematch: "It will NOT be a fight on dec14th if Hurd doesn’t enroll in VADA testing ASAP. Everyone wanna drag they feet when it’s time to test... what’s the hold up bro?"
