Press Release: Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing's next event will be an eight-bout night of professional boxing at the Paradise Theater in Bronx, New York, on December 8, 2006. Fighting in the main event will be Ukrainian Andrey Tsurkan (24-2, 15 KOs) in a twelve-round defense of his regional light middleweight title. DeGuardia says that with Tsurkan, it’s nearly impossible to have a boring fight. “The networks and fans love Andrey because he’s all guts and heart.
