On ESPN2's Friday Night Fights' main event, Andrey Tsurkan knocked Jesse Feliciano down in the first round of a junior middleweight bout and stopped him in the eighth round. The bout took place in The Bronx, and saw Tsurkan improve to 26-3, coming back successfully froma close loss to Yuri Foreman. Feliciano, a natural junior welterweight was fighting two divisions above his best weight.
