Travis Kauffman Destroys Josh Gutcher

38 Year Old Julio Cesar Mathews Explodes on the Scene!

Travis Kauffman TKO1 Josh Gutcher:  Travis “GW Hope” Kauffman scored a first-round technical knockout over outmatched Josh Gutcher, who came out swinging and landed a few solid shots. Within a matter of seconds, however, Kauffman had complete control and outboxed Gutcher easily, landing flush shots at will.  Kauffman then forced Gutcher into the corner and landed a barrage that had Gutcher out on his feet, leading to a stoppage. Kauffman improves to 13-0 with 10 knockouts while Gutcher slips to 18-10 with 13 knockouts.

Julio Cesar Mathews KO1 Chris Stallworth:  At 38 years old, hard hitting and exciting Julio Cesar Matthews scored a beautiful knockout over Chris Stallworth.  Mathews, who fought twice in 1997 and did not fight for almost 11 years until putting together three knockout wins in 2008, looks like a very complete fighter.  Stallworth (9-2) threw a lazy jab and Matthews came over top with a quick, short right hook that floored his foe.  Stallworth refused to continue and the referee waived it off.  Mathews improves to 5-0 with 3 knockouts.  “Cesa” Mathews sparred with IBF Cruiserweight Champion Steve “USS” Cunningham to prepare for this fight and he proved to be more than ready.  At 38 years old, Mathews' handlers must move him quickly its not out of the question that Matthews could starch a few contenders.
