Former junior welterweight champion Ricardo Torres suffered an injury that forced him to withdraw from his December 13th rubber match with WBO junior welterweigh titlist Kendall Holt. Undefeated but inactive contender Demetrius Hopkins will step in for Torres. Hopkins has not fought in over a year but was training for a bout on the Holt-Torres III undercard. The bout will be televised by Showtime Championship Boxing.
