Junior welterweights Ricardo Torres and Mike Arnaoutis will fight for the vacant WBO title-formerly held by Miguel Cotto-on November 18 as part of the televised undercard of Pacquiao-Morales III. Torres gave Cotto all he could handle when the two met in September 2005, he now receives his second crack at a title against Boxingtalk's 2004 prospect of the year, Mike Arnaoutis.
