It was just announced at the Pacquiao-Morales post fight press conference that Top Rank Inc will promote Manny Pacquiao for the next four years. MP Productions, a Philippine run company based in the US will guide Pacquiao's career along with Bob Arum's Top Rank Inc. Pacquiao has allegedly already refunded Oscar De La Hoya the $500,000 GBP gave him to sign last month.  More to follow so stay tuned.
