Word has reached Boxingtalk.com that Top Rank Inc has filed a lawsuit against Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions. Boxingtalk understands that Top Rank is claiming that by facing WBC junior middleweight champion Ricardo Mayorga, Oscar De La Hoya violated his contractual obligation to provide them with the right of first and last refusal.
