GL: Sergei Liakhovich and Vassiliy Jirov have made it clear that they're interested in fighting you. They've been trying to paint the picture that James Toney is all talk. Can I have your thoughts on that? "Come on dawg. Jirov knows better. After I beat that ass the first time I had him crying like a little bitch. Him and his wife. Liakhovich should be ashamed of himself and shouldn't be allowed to talk. He got knocked out by Shannon Briggs and Maurice Harris. When I see these guys they better be ready to fight for real because I ain't playing. Everybody is talking, but sign the contract and put the money up and we'll do this."

GL: Liakhovich doesn't seem to see why this is a tough fight to make since you're both with Don King.

JT: "I don't have Don King. He got Don King and he's getting screwed so bad it's ridiculous. I'm tired of all this damn talking. I'm trying to sit back and chill and be a nice guy, but these guys are running their mouths so now the nice guy is over with."

GL: Dan Goossen has confirmed that the Jirov rematch is in discussion so obviously that's a fight you'd like to make.

JT: "Yeah we can do it. But I ain't going to fight him in Russia if they're not going to pay me eight figures. IF Liakhovich wants to fight so bad tell his damn promoter to put some money up."

GL: Jirov said that you're not the same fighter from your first fight as to insinuate that you've detoriated since then. How do you feel he's changed as a fighter since your first encounter?

JT: "He must be talking about himself because he ain't the same fighter. I ruined him. I gave him nightmares and he must still see me in his sleep. I damn near gave him brain damage."

GL: If you had your choice between Jirov and Liakhvich who would you prefer to fight?

JT: "It's a toss up because I already beat Jirov's ass and by the time I'm done with Liakhovich they'd call the white wolf the white bitch. And if he wants to fight me in Detroit like he's talking it doesn't matter, but I promise you he's not lasting long if he fights me in Detroit."
