Boxingtalk has been informed that future hall of famer James "Lights Out" Toney could be fighting twice in 2007. If all goes according to plans, Toney will return against former WBO heavyweight champion Sergei Liakhovich sometime this summer. Toney-Liakhovich would serve as a prelude to a rematch of 2003's fight of the year between Toney and former IBF cruiserweight king Vassiliy Jirov.
