The President of Petchyindee Boxing Promotions has announced 3 supporting fights for the  WBC XLII Annaul Convention from October 3 (arrival) to October 9 (departure), at Phuket Arcadia Hilton Hotel, Thailand. These 3 fights are for the ABCO Bantamweight title of Chatchai Singhwangcha (Sasakul), who is the former WBC Flyweight boss, WBC Minimumweight Youth title of Oleydong Krathingdaeng Gym (Sithsamuechai), and a 10-round non-title clash of Phongsaklek Krathingdaeng Gym (Wonjongkam), who is a current WBC Flyweight kingpin, on October 8. The main even was supposed to be a WBC Flyweight championship between Phongsaklek and Diosdado "Prince" Gabi of the Philippines, but the fight was called off and Gabi was replaced with Carlos Bouchan-Salazar of Mexico. But the latest news from Petyindee's PR reported that the main event of the supporting bouts is the ABCO Bantamweight championship of Chatchai Singhwangcha (Sasakul) and Georgio Ipoc (Jun Maxipoc) of the Philippines. On the same cards, Oleydong Krathingdaeng Gym (Sithsamuechai) will defend his WBC Minimumweight Youth title agasint Jhay "Power" Herla of the Philippines. And Phongsaklek Krathingdaeng Gym (Wonjongkam) faces off against the fomer WBC Flyweight International champ, Randy Mangubat in a non-title bout. This is the 4th meeting of Phongsaklek and Mangubat as the Filipino fighter lost all previous bouts (KO3 in 1996, UD8 in 1999, and UD12 in 2003 for WBC Flyweight title).
