Josh Cobb, son of former heavyweight Tex Cobb, turned pro earlier this month and is scheduled for his second bout on the Duva Boxing show on April 29, 2005 at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  Cobb's opponent has not yet been selected.  Two of that evening's bouts will be broadcast on Showtime's ShoBox series: heavyweights Samuel Peter vs. Gilbert Martinez and welterweights Oscar Diaz vs. Pedro Feliciano.  Tex Cobb is best known for taking a prolonged beating against Larry Holmes in a heavyweight title bout but refusing to go down.
