Telemundo Returns to Kissimmee Civic Center

PRESS RELEASE: All Star Boxing Inc. and Promoter Felix “Tuto” Zabala Jr. is proud to announce that “Boxeo TELEMUNDO” will come once again to the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida tomorrow Friday, July 20, 2007. This is the Companies 5th Anniversary in the venue.

In the main event,  Former Olympian Athens 2004, Alex “El Pollo” De Jesus  (13-0-9 KO’s) from Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico faces former 2 times World Title Challenger Arturo “El Silencioso” Morua (23-9-1-13 KO’s) of Guadalajara, Mexico. The bout is schedule for 12 Rounds for the WBO Latin and WBA FEDECENTRO  Welterweight Titles.

There will be a total of 7 bouts, one of them featuring prospect Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. (5-0-4 KO’s) of Bayamon, Puerto Rico against Jaime Villa (5-1-2 KO’s) in a special attraction bout schedule for 4 Rounds in the Jr. Featherweight division. There will be a total of 7 bouts.

The show will be dedicated to WBO Minimumweight Champion Ivan “Iron Boy” Calderon of Puerto Rico where the Promoter, fans and friends will give him a homenage which him luck for his August 25, 2007 PPV fight against WBO Miniflyweight Champion Hugo Cazares of Mexico. Also will mark the celebration of longtime boxing figure Ricardo Rizzo’s birthday.

Today the weight in will be open to the public at the Civic Center where the fans could have the opportunity to meet and greet the fighters and buy their tickets in advance and save $5.00 per tickets, the event is from 5-7 PM.

The Kissimmee Civic Center is located on, 201 E. Dakin Ave., Kissimmee, Florida. Prices are $40 and $20 in advance, for tickets and information call 407-935-1412. Doors open at 7:30 PM and the first bout start at 8:30 PM. The main event will air at 11:30 PM on Telemundo.
