DAZN undercard results from Mexico

Diego De La Hoya NC2 Enrique Bernache... Diego De La Hoya (21-0) was hoping for a win after ten months of inactivity, but had to settle for a no contest.  The former super bantamweight, looking a bit paunchy as a featherweight, was in against Enrique Bernache (24-12), who had lost three of his last four but had fought tough competition. An accidental headbutt by De La Hoya opened up a huge vertical cut right in the middle of Bernache's forehead during round two. There was no way the fight could have continued, and it was rightfully stopped.

Patrick Teixeira W10 Mario A. Lozano,... In a middleweight bout held in Monterrey, Mexico, Brazil's Patrick Teixeira got a road win over Mexico's Mario Alberto Lozano, but he had to sweat out the announcement of the verdict. Teixeira for it won a majority decision by scores of 95-95 and 96-94 (twice). Punchstats favored Teixiera 154-111 and so did the DAZN announcers, so it appears the right man one. Despite a fine 30-1 record, Teixeira is best described as a fringe contender. Lozano saw a four-fight win streak come to an end, and is now 33-9. source for both results: DAZN
