Jermain Taylor promoter Lou DiBella has informed Boxingtalk.com that Mr. "Bad Intentions" Taylor will now face Kassim "The Dream" Ouma in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 9.  "We've moved on. Winky refused to fight in January and it's not clear why he didn't accept the terms of our deal after he said he would, but we've moved on with our lives. We feel it was unfair to boxing fans to not have four PPV's in a span of 28 days and Winky didn't want to fight in January so we're moving on with our lives," said DiBella. Undefeated up and comer Andre Berto will appear in the televised co-feature. Wright is currently in negotiations to face Ike Quartey on HBO World Championship Boxing on December 2. Although DiBella would not comment on it, BT understands that Quartey is being offered seven figures to face Wright.
