Press Release:  Welterweight Irving Garcia (12-2, 6 KOs) returns to action on Friday, June 23, 2006 at the A La Carte Event Pavilion in Tampa, Florida .  Garcia, currently rated #16 by the WBC, was last in action on March 3, winning a unanimous decision over Jerome Ellis to extend his winning streak to three. An opponent has not been announced.  In the co-feature, local heavyweight Moises Droz (12-4, 10 KOs) takes on Samuel Tillman (12-10-1, 1 KO).   In his last bout, Droz knocked out Joseph Reyes in five rounds. Also on the card, Robert Daluz looks to get back on the winning track after dropping a decision to undefeated Sergio Mendez on May 12 and two local fighters who have been out of boxing return to the ring to face one another as welterweights Dillet Frederick (5-2-2, 2 KOs) and Ali Tareh (6-5-3, 4 KOs) do battle.   Fan favorites Jean Baptiste and Charlie Serrano also make their returns to the ring in separate bouts.
