Sycuan Ringside Promotions has inked Jorge Paez Jr to an exclusive promotional contract.  Paez Jr is 17 years old junior welterweight, 5-0 as a pro and has already shown promise. Paez is expected to be featured in on a Sycuan card in San Diego on December 17. Much more to follow. 11: 27 AM
