Sturm Tops Frazier In Germany

Felix Sturm, last seen losing the WBO middleweight belt by controversial decision to Oscar De La Hoya, returned to the ring winning a unanimous decision over Robert Frazier on Saturday in Germany.  Sturm won the twelve-round bout by scores of 116-112, 117-111 and 119-109. Sturm is rated as the #3 middleweight in the world by Boxingtalk, although many feel he deserved to beat De La Hoya, who enters the ring against Bernard Hopkins shortly.  On the undercard, cruiserweight Alexander Petkovic decisioned  Damon Reed over eight rounds and heavyweight prospect Alexander Dimitrenko knocked out blown-up cruiserweight Andy Sample in two.
