Strong doubleheader coming to Philly

Larry Marks-David Lopez announced as co-feature

Press Release: Hard-hitting southpaw David Lopez, of Nogales, Mexico, and smooth-boxing Larry Marks, of Wilmington, Delaware, will meet in a ten-round middleweight contest Friday, August 10, 2007 at the New Alhambra, Swanson & Ritner Streets, next to Forman Mills, in South Philadelphia.   Telefutura/Univision will televise the Lopez-Marks contest as middleweight twelve rounder between Enrique Ornelas and Bronco McKart.  Lopez, 29, has a 31-12 record, but he has won 12 of his last 13, including 11 by knockout.   He owns wins over Epifanio Mendoza, Kirino Garcia, Lonnie Bradley, Jerson Revelo and Fernando Zuniga.
