Arnold Gonzalez will take on Jahyae Brown in an eight-round welterweight bout which will serve as the co-feature on Thursday night, January 15th at the War Memorial in Trenton, New Jersey. CB Promotions will stage the first of what it hopes will be a monthly series that will take place in East Coast venues. Gonzalez of New York is 18-1 with nine knockouts. The 30 year-old is a seven year veteran and is coming off a eight-round unanimous decision win on July 6th in Dubai. Brown of Schenectady, New York has a record of 19-2 with 13 knockouts. The 26 year-old Brown is a seven year pro and has wins over Domedes Poles (12-2-1) as well as six straight wins, including a third-round stoppage over Michael Ogundo on December 13th in Boston. In the main event, local favorite Shinard Bunch 21-3-1, 17 KOs of Hamilton, New Jersey takes on John Paul Manalong in a ten-round junior welterweight bout. Tickets are available here.
