Star Boxing ups the ante for Johnson-Scott

PRESS RELEASE: In a recent release heavyweight Malik Scott claimed that Star Boxing’s undefeated heavyweight Kevin “KingPin” Johnson turned down a fight with Scott. It also claimed that Johnson made outrageous financial demands. Well allow us to retort. “I’ve been authorized by Star Boxing CEO Joe DeGuardia to offer Malik Scott double of what they offered Kevin Johnson to make the fight” stated Star Boxing matchmaker Ron Katz. “The offer is also open to other Goossen Tutor heavyweights Eddie Chambers, Dominick Guinn, and Chris Arreola.” “I’ll be more than happy to add an “L” to any of Goossen’s heavyweights” stated Johnson. “Just contact my promoter, Joe DeGuardia, sign the contract and we’ll handle our business in the ring.” Johnson’s next ring appearance comes on Sunday April 22nd at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ. Star Boxing would be happy to pencil in Malik Scott as Johnson’s opponent.
