Solo Boxeo report: Jauregui wins

Javier Jauregui W12 Miguel Huerta... Two veterans battled it out for a regional lightweight title in Cicero, Illinois on Friday, and former world titlist Javier Jauregui came away with a decision that seemed unpopular with the crowd. Jaurgeui defeated Miguel Angel Huerta by scores of 115-112 (twice) and 117-110. Jauregui, 53-14-2, held the IBF lightweight title in 2003-2004. Huerta, who had not lost since receiving a bad decision against Kid Diamond last June, drops to 26-9-1. source: shobox on telefutura
