Solo Boxeo will come to Houston next Friday, April 27, 2006 at the Grand Plaza Ballroom near Reliant Stadium.  Matchmaker Bill Benton has put together another mix of Top Rank contenders with local up-and-comers working on their records while gaining experience.  The bouts will be begin at 6:30.  The main event is in the super welterweight division, Saul Roman (23-2) versus Sergio Martinez (38-1-1).  Tommy Morrison is a featured attraction on the card, which also includes Chase “White Tiger” Shields (22-0-1), Roberto “El Jefe” Flores (3-1) coming off of a five-second, first-round knockout, Jonathan Velardez (4-0), and Marty Osuna (3-0).
