Headlining the seven-bout evening of professional boxing is Jose Luis Lopez, 47-4-2 (37 KOs) of Durango, Mexico in a ten-round junior middleweight bout against Vinroy Barrett, 21-3 (11 KOs) of Nashville, TN.  Co-headlining is an eight-round welterweight bout between Gilbert Venegas, 8-1-1 (5 KOs) and Steve Vincent, 8-3 (7KO's) of St. Louis, MO. The undercard includes "Macho" Miguel Hernandez vs. Jeremiah Torres in a six-round middleweight bout. Meanwhile, another Chicago boxer, Luciano "El Gallo Mohicano" Perez, jets to Los Angeles this week for a "Contender" battle with Alphonso Gomez on Saturday night to be broadcast n ESPN at 11pm EST. Perez, 12-2-1 (11KO's) will square off against Gomez, 13-3 (4KO's) in a five round welterweight bout.
