At the final press conference earlier this week, ex-junior welterweight title holder Alberto Puello says he is ready for war on Saturday in Sheffield, England when he'll challenge Dalton Smith for Smith's WBC junior welterweight championship. Smith will be making his first title defense and it comes in his Sheffield home, live on DAZN. Both men weighed in at 139.6 pounds for the 140-pound title fight. Smith wrapped the title around his waist January in one of the British boxing's best road wins in modern history when he dethroned Subriel Matias of Puerto Rico. Matias was the man who pried the belt away originally from Puello, a former PED cheat who was in his second title reign.
