The hone-state favorite defended her world women's heavyweight championship by dominating super middleweight champion Franchon Crews-Dezurn. Shields showed better power, speed, and precision to defeat Crews-Dezurn by a shutout unanimous decision (100-90 on all three official scorecards). This was a rematch of both women's pro debut in 2016, which Shields also won.
