Paul Williams KO4 Sharmba Mitchell... In Reno, Nevada, only one boxer lived up to his nickname, as Paul "The Punisher" Williams knocked down Sharmba Mitchell four times in four rounds, making "The Little Big Man" look just plain little. With Mitchell giving away more than half a foot in height and plenty in the reach department, it was quickly apparent that this welterweight bout was a physical mismatch. Still, Mitchell landed a nice four-punch conbination in the second round and was trying his best to win. Soon however, Williams' natural advantages and superior workrate proved too much for Mitchell, who was decked once in the third and three times in the fourth. Williams is now 31-0 and has a very bright future ahead of him, one that probably includes world titles in multiple weight classes. For now, give him credit for calling out the one guy no one else wants to face, WBO welterweight titlist Antonio Margarito. Williams is rated #1 in the WBO, so this fight could happen in the next few months. Mitchell, 57-6, has had a fine career which included a WBA title at 140 pounds, but his second title was an IBF interim one, so his on-air claim to be a two-time champion is not entirely accurate. source: HBO Boxing After Dark
