Santa-Cruz, who lives and trains in Lincoln Heights, California, has been in some fierce fights- his showdown with Edner Cherry was a Fight of the Year candidate, and he lost an exciting contest to David Diaz in an interim title fight this past summer. He now takes on Arceo, 19-4-2, of Tijuana. Austin Trout, a tough 6-0 middleweight prospect from Las Cruces is on the undercard.  The weigh-in is all set for Thursday, 2:30 pm at the Best Western Mesilla Valley Inn, 901 Ave de Mesilla, Las Cruces.
