RJJ Promotions will promote a seven-bout card at the Legends Casino this Saturday night, October 3rd, in Toppenish, Washington. The main event will be a highly anticipated rematch between two Washingtonians, Devontae McDonald (8-6, 2 KOs) and Andrew "White Lightning" Murphy (13-0, 10 KOs) in an eight rounder in the super middleweight division. The two clashed in January 2024 with Murphy getting the unanimous decision via scores of 78-74 and 77-75 (twice). Since then, McDonald has been pushing for a rematch, claiming he did not get a fair shake. The co-feature will pit Christian Aguirre (9-15, 4 KOs) of Salt Lake City against Gerald Powell-Wood (3-1, 2 KOs) of Spokane, WA in a four rounder, also in the super middleweight division. The opening bell is scheduled for 7PM and tickets are available at the casino gift shop. Both Roy Jones Jr. (pictured) and Christian Schmidt will be part of the broadcast. The event will be available for free on Tik Tok.
