Nice documentary on Peter as HBO stalls with filler. I wonder if HBO will have one on Klitschko as well. Nope! (Hmmm...I wonder if HBO wants Peter to win) Instead we get to listen to Lampley and Foreman talk shop. On a side note, does anyone else remember when Lampley said he didn't miss working with Foreman? Finally...the rules of the bout...Jiiim! Peter enters first rockin the baby blue, emerald-studded Grant gear. Peter looks focused...and a little angry. Klitschko enters next. Wladimir looks calm and relaxed. Foreman doesn't like it...thinks he may be too relaxed. Buffer gives a heartfelt memorial for Leavander Johnson. Now...LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLEEEEEEEEEE. In this corner ... KLEEEEEEEEETSCHKOOOOOOOO. And his opponent ... PEEETAAAAAHHHHHHH! Pretty boring staredown.

Wlad lands a huge right hand that partially rocks Peter. Wlad retreats and holds on. Wlads lands another big right. Peter looked wobbled for a second. Peter chases...lands a right to the body. Misses a wild left. Misses another wild left. Peter can't get close enough. Round to Wlad.

Wlad is at the center of the ring already. Peter reaches, but misses with the right. Wlad clinches. Peter fires a left hook that gets blocked. Wlad fires the jab. Peter connects with a left. Wlad back to jabbing. Wlad retreats, Peter stalks. Lands a right to the back. Peter just misses a wild right. Wlad lands a big right and Peter takes it fine. Wlad back to jabbing. Peter lands an awkward right as Wlad retreats. Left hook lands for Peter. Wlad misses witha 1, 2 and quickly ties up. Wlad misses with a right and Peter just misses a counter. Wlad at the center again while Peter just gets off the stool. Wlad fires the jab. Peter starting to block some of them now. Wlad lands another right. Peter lands a big left hook as Wlad retreats. Wlad lands a right and shakes his head unfazed. Wlad fires the jab. Lands a right and clinches. Body shot lands for Wlad. Peter looks like he's just looking for a knockout. Big right misses for Peter. Wlad retreats, but the distance is getting shorter. Wlad lands a body shot, clinches, and Peter throws him off. Peter looping and missing, but is battering Wlad around the ring pretty easily. Peter lands a right to the body. Wlad clinches. Wlad lands a 1-2 that's partially blocked. Wlad breathing a little heavier now. Peter stalking. Wlad clinches. Ref breaks em apart. Left hook lands for Wlad....and a big right lands for Wlad. Peter shakes his head again. Peter still coming. Wlad fires the jab. Peter feints and throws a hook that gets blocked. Uppercut lands for Wlad. Right hand just misses for Peter...and a BIG left hook just misses as the front row catches a good breeze. Round to Wlad.

Wlad measures with the jab. Lands a couple. Peter reaching. Left hook lands for Peter...and then a right hand lands to the back of Wlad's head that sends him to the canvas. First knockdown of the fight. Peter jumps on him as Wlad clinches. Peter pushes him off. Right hand lands for Peter. Wlad stumbles across the ring, slips and stumbles to the ground from what it appeared to be fatigue. Peter landed a shot at the end so the ref scores it a knockdown. Peter swarms him again. Wlad clinches. Wlad lands a short left on the inside. Peter landing some awkward and wild shots. Wlad clinches and pulls his head down. Peter lands a wild left hook. And another. Wlad looks tired, but he's still standing. Big, but awkward round for Peter.

They meet at the center again. Wlad back to firing the jab. Peter continues to stalk. They trade hooks. Wlad lands a jab...and another. Right to the body lands for Peter....and a huge left hook just misses. Peter's swingin' from South America. Wlad retreats. Peter looks a little tired. Wlad moving around the ring well. Right to the body lands for Peter. He reaches and misses with another. 1, 2, 3...a, b, c....Peter just looking to land that big left hook. Wlad lands a right hand. Peter's eye's look puffy...beginningto swell. Peter can't do anything as Wlad fights a strategic round. Round to Wlad.

Peter looks tired in the corner. Wlad working the jab. Peter lands a hook to the body...and what do you know, he ducks a right hand from Wlad. Wlad back to jabbing, clinches and pulls his head down. Peter lands a left hook that's partially blocked. Peter not doing much...looks tired. Wlad landing the jab at will. Hit and move, hit and move. Peter throws the left hook twice, but does nothing. Wlad lands a big right hand. Peter just walking forward. Peter reaches with a right to the body. Wlad dancing around the ring. Wlad not really throwing anything anymore...looks a little like De La Hoya in the late rounds of the Trinidad fight. Round to Wlad as Peter just follows and does nothing.

They trade hooks. Wlad back to circling. Peter switches to the southpaw stance momentarily. Uppercut and a big right hand land in the center of the ring for Wlad...and then he retreats. Peter lands a jab, but Wlad lands another big right. Peter lands a left, but didn't have much behind it. Wlad misses with a right. HARD right hand lands for Peter, but Wlad takes it well as he clinches. Straight right hand lands for Peter that rocks Peter's head back...then Wlad clinches as Peter moves in. Wlad dances his way through another round and takes it on the strength of his jabs.

Wlad waits for Peter in the center of the ring to start the round. Wlad looking confident. Lands a left. Peter swings wildly and misses as Wlad dances away. Wlad clinches and pushes Peter's head down. Wlad lands a body shot. The difference in skill level is evident. Peter looks frustrated. Peter hit's Wlad in the back of the head and the ref says nothing. Wlad lands a big 1, 2. Another big right lands for Wlad. Peter swinging and missing wildly.
