Round 1
Fight starts with both fighters tentative and shooting out measuring jabs. Casamayor circles Kid Diamond and jabs while Kid Diamond is moving forward with head movement. Casa misses a big right hand. Casa lands a right and grabs Kid Diamonds waist to turn him. Casamayor is moving and lands a big counter left that staggers Kid Diamond! Casamayor goes back to circling and moving side to side occasionally throwing a jab. A small right lands and a knockdown is registered by the referee against Kid Diamond.

Round 2
Round starts with Kid Diamond moving forward and Casamayor still circling and looking for counters. They get tangled up in the center of the ring and the ref breaks it up. Casa lands another small right and ducks a shot by Kid Diamond. Casamayor is beginning to be able to throw counter rights over Kid Diamonds jab. Kid Diamond lands a one-two and Casa backs up to reset again. A clinch ensues which is quickly broken up by the ref. Kid Diamond lands a lead left hook. Kid Diamond lands a big lead right hand and they start to exchange big shots and trade blows. Bell sounds and both fighters stare each other down. Casamayor 9 Kid Diamond 10

Round 3
Round 3 begins and Casamayor circles once again. Slip by Kid Diamond and Casamayor tries to pounce on him before the ref breaks it up and settles things down. Back in the center of the ring and Casa lands a lead jab to the body and Kid Diamond entices him closer. 1-2 lands for Casamayor but Kid Diamond follows with a big shot. Casa lands 2 jabs followed by a left hand. Straight right lands for Casa then he steps away. Kid Diamond lands a big right hand and Casa takes it well. Casamayor 10 Kid Diamond 9

Round 4
The fourth round begins with Casa missing a shot and a clinch ensuing, broken up by the ref. Casamayor continues to circle making Kid Diamond miss. Casa lands a shot upstairs then to the body. Kid Diamond moves forward looking to land big shots, they trade shots in the middle with Kid landing a right and Casamayor landing an immediate left of his own. Casa is using the full ring while Kid Diamond is forced to chase. Last 10 seconds has Kid Diamond land a good right hand. Kid Diamond 10 Casamayor 9

Round 5
The fifth round starts with Kid Diamond stepping up the pace trying to land jabs to the body while Casamayor moves around the ring. Casa darts in with a right to the body and moves out. Body shot by casamayor with a hard left hand from Kid Diamond then a good left hook to the body. Casamayor is able to pick off Kid Diamonds jab but seems hesitant to get in close. Kid Diamond Darts in with jabs but has his mouth open the whole time. Final 10 seconds has a clinch and 2 missed 1-2’s from Kid Diamond. Casamayor 10 Kid Diamond 9

Round 6
Round 6 starts and they meet right in the center of the ring. Casamayor is moving around less but keeping his distance.  Casamayor lands 2 big left hands after Kid Diamond landed a Hook to the head. Casamayor darts in with a right jab followed by a left hand. Casamayor is able to counter over Kid Diamonds weak feeler jab. Casamayor now seems to be moving forward more throwing combinations. Hard right lands for Kid Diamond. Last 10 seconds and very little action. Casamayor 10 Kid Diamond 9

Round 7
Round starts with Kid Diamond looking to close the distance. Kid Diamond backs Casamayor to the ropes and lands a nice body shot before a clinch is broken up. Kid Diamond is starting to stretch out and jab to try and close the distance, with Casamayor using the ring. Kid Diamond lands a big shot upstairs and follows it up, Casamayor does a body shake that seems to make Kid Diamond angry and he pounces in to no avail. Casamayor goes back to moving around the ring. Round 8
The 8th Round commences with an immediate clinch. Kid Diamond is looking for an opening while Casamayor throws a punch then backs up. Big Left lads for Kid Diamond! Casamayor seems to be keeping away and Kid Diamond moves forward stalking landing big shots. Casamayor counters with a body shot that the ref warns him for being low. Kid Diamond lands a lead Hookercut, Casamayor is moving away and lands another low blow that he is warned for. Kid Diamond is increasing the pressure. They exchange bombs in the center of the ring and Kid Diamond slips! Center of the ring and they are exchanging big shots again! Round 9
Round starts with an immediate time out called to clean water off the ring. Time in and Casamayor is looking to counter with Kid Diamond being more calculative. Big shot lands for Casa and inside fighting has Kid Diamond land 2 big left Hooks downstairs then follow up with a big Right upstairs. Last 10 seconds has Kid Diamond land some big leather upstairs. Round 10
Round 10 starts off with Kid Diamond looking for a big bomb! Casamayor moves around the ring with Kid Diamond coming forward closing the distance quicker. A clinch is broken up by the referee. Center of the ring and they exchange punches with Kid Diamond landing the harder shots but Kid Diamond not taking Casamayors softer shots as well.  Kid Diamond lands a big left hook upstairs and Casa lands a right hand immediately afterwards. Round 11
Round 11 starts with both fighters meeting in the middle of the ring and Casamayor darting in with right jabs. Casamayor lands a straight left. Casa backs up Kid Diamond to the ropes. A clinch is broken up in the middle of the ring. Kid Diamond lands 3 body shots during some infighting in the middle of the ring. Casamayor comes forward and is countered by Kid Diamond with a nice 1-2. Ref asks camera man to clear the ring. 1-2 lands for Kid Diamond upstairs. Final 10 seconds has Casamayor land a few shots. Final round starts off with both fighters meeting in the middle of the ring and more of the same Casamayor looking to counter ad Kid Diamond looking for openings. Casamayor is landing more jabs. Kid Diamond Darts in with jabs. Big shots land for casamayor! Kid Diamond looks winded Casamayor lands a big left that has Kid Diamond Stumble. Hard left upstairs lands for Kid Diamond followed by 2 big shots to the body. Casamayor comes back with punches of his own and they trade punches in the middle of the ring!!
