WBA (regular) welterweight champ Jose Antonio Rivera's bad luck continues as a sever case of pneumonia has forced mandatory challenger Thomas Damgaard to withdraw from their scheduled April 2 bout, which was all set to take place as the co-feature to the cruiserweight championship fight between Wayne Braithwaite and Jean Marc Mormeck.
