Boyd Allen W12 Brandon Thysse. ... MMA fighter Boyd Allen won a controversial twelve-round split decision against Brandon Thysse. One judge scored it a "ridiculous" 119-113 for Thysse and other two judges had it 115-113 for Allen. According to respected South African journalist Ron Jackson, "Many at ringside were appalled at the scores and felt that [Thysse] was at the least a six-point winner."  Allen is now 4-0 in boxing and 15-4-1 in MMA.
