Ford floored Orlando Gonzalez in rounds two and eight and won a comprehensive points decision over ten rounds. JABBR's Fight Stats confirmed Ford's dominance, giving him a 196-46 edge in punches landed. Official scores were 99-89 and 100-88 (twice). Ford, from nearby Camden, New Jersey, was fighting for the first time since losing his WBA title to Nick Ball via split decision. The 25 year-old Ford is now 16-1-1, while Gonzalez returns to Puerto Rico with a record of 23-3.
