According to sources close to the situation, heavyweight Ray Austin has signed with promoter Don King and may be fighting Larry Donald as soon as April 30, 2005 at Madison Square Garden on the John Ruiz-James Toney undercard.  Austin has signed a bout agreement and is waiting to hear if Donald, rated #31 by Boxingtalk, is on board. Austin, rated #39 by Boxingtalk, has a pro record of 22-3-2 including a draw with Lance Whitaker. In Donald's last bout, he defeated Evander Holyfield at New York City's Madison Square Garden to improve to 42-3-2.
