Former world titlist Randall Bailey will appear in Friday's co-feature from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.  Bailey, 28-5, will face welterweight Roberto Ortega, 17-14-1.  The undercard will also feature the American debut of Colombian super middleweight Edison Miranda, listed at 22-0.  Colombian middleweights and super middles have made an impression in recent years as boxers like Epifanio Mendoza, Alejandro Berrio and Fulgencio Zuniga have all scored upsets here in America.   The main event between O'Neill Bell and Dale Brown will fill the vacant IBF cruiserweight title. Junior welterweight Juan Urango was expected to appear on the card but apparently has been scratched from the final line-up.
